UCC Filings
We issue liens on anything our office can title. The fee is $10.00 and we require a UCC form or a security agreement/finance statement. Filing without a title is done through the Secretary of State's Office in Cheyenne.
Notary Public
This is an application process that begins with the completed form being submitted to the Secretary of State's Office in Cheyenne. They will send us your certificate which we hold until we receive your notary bond. The fee to file the bond is $11.00. Please contact Sally Burris at 877-9056 ext. 2024 for additional information.
