At the Commissioners April 5th meeting two employees were recognized for their years of service with Lincoln County. Scott Sargent received his certificate for 5 years and is a Deputy County Attorney in Kemmerer. Wayne Harmon works in Cokeville for the Road and Bridge Department. Wayne has been with the County for 25 years. Congratulations Wayne and Scott!
On March 23, 2016 the Lincoln County Commissioners appointed Spencer L. Allred to fill the unexpired term of Joshua T. Smith who recently resigned as Lincoln County Attorney. The County is looking forward to Mr. Allred taking the Attorney’s Office to the level of service the people want. The Commissioners wish to thank Joshua Smith for his past work as County Attorney. Appreciation is also given to the Lincoln County Republican Party for their work in this process.

The Lincoln County Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. to appoint a new County Attorney. The meeting will be held at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Commission Board Room in Kemmerer with video conference to the Branch Office Conference Room in Afton.
