Best Beginnings is a community-based program of prenatal services for expecting moms which assures early and continued prenatal care and coordination of services appropriate for pregnant women and their families.

High Risk Maternal & High Risk Newborn
Financial assistance for:
Genetic counseling
Maternal care for high risk pregnancies
Infant care for high risk newborns
Transport to Level III Care Centers
Nurse-Family Partnership
The Nurse-Family Partnership is a home visiting program designed for first-time mothers and their families. A specially trained nurse visits families during pregnancy and the first two years of their child's life.
