Title Application	Must be filled out with every purchase of a vehicle Must be notarized	$9.00
Wyoming VIN Inspection	Used with an out of state title that is coming into Wyoming. Law Enforcement fills out bottom half, and purchaser fills out top half. Must be notarized	$5.00
Out of State VIN Inspection	Used when you have an out of state title that you need to register in Wyoming, but you are currently in another state. Law Enforcement fills out bottom half and purchaser fills out top half. Must be notarized	No Fee
Affidavit & Application for Duplicate Title	Form must be signed by all owners on original Must be notarized	$9.00
Affidavit of Repossession	Used by banks when they repossess a vehicle Must be notarized	$9.00
Statement of Consideration	Statement of Ownership Transfer	No Fee
UCC Financing Statement	Used to perfect a lien on a title	$10.00 plus $1.00 for each additional title
UCC Financing Statement Amendment	Used to release interest of a lien on a title	No Fee
UCC Information Request	Used to search a particular individual's UCC's	$10.00/name
