 Welcome to the Lincoln County Office of Planning & Engineering, also known as the Planning Office, Website. This site includes documents of interest, permit applications, Land Use Regulations, Comprehensive Plan and additional material that may be applicable to Lincoln County. We are here to help: with land use, zoning, subdividing, building, permitting and inspecting small wastewater (septic) systems, floodplain administration, to name a few. Housed in this office is also the bulk of GIS (Mapping) operations for the county. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or problems (see also Planning Staff at bottom of this page).
