The new maps below are for beta testing. They incorporate more data and added functionality. As these maps are in the development stage and will most likely change before the final release, comments can be emailed to Destry.  Please understand that I'm still trying to work out some bugs.

  • Zoom in to see what Precinct you live in and where you vote
  • Find your property by navigating the map or by entering you FULL Physical Address
  • Use the Help tab in the upper left for assistance

 

Soil Survey Maps & Data

The NRCS is hosting a Web Soil Survey, an interactive Soils Survey Map with data. This link is made for your convenience, and Lincoln County disclaims any legal responsibility of any data or information contained therein or any assumptions made using their data or information.

 

Troubleshooting New Interactive Maps:

JAVA:  The new Interactive Maps were built in Java.  Verify that you have the most current version of Java on www.java.com.

Browser Support:  Not all browsers and browser versions work well to display the maps.  For best results, use the latest version of Firefox and either Internet Explorer 7 or 8. 

Patience: Please be patient as the pages load, especially over a dial-up connection.  There is a lot of data contained in these maps.  If the page freezes, hit Ctrl-F5 to refresh the map.
