PLEASE READ:
Many of the following files are LARGE.
It is recommended to download the documents, as opposed to viewing them directly.
To download a file, right click on the filename and choose "Save Target As"
or "Save Link As" depending on your internet browser.
Using a dial-up connection:
A 1 MB (1,000 KB) file could take up to 6 minutes to download or view.
A 5 MB (5,000 KB) file could take up to 30 minutes to download or view.
If you choose to view the file directly in a new window, click on the filename.
On a dial-up connection, this may take several minutes (see above).
If the new window says "Done" and nothing is shown; WAIT, it is probably still downloading.
All files require Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher to view (see Note below).
