Detention Deputy Sheriff The Lincoln County Sheriffs Office is seeking dedicated, professionals who want to make a difference in their community. The Sheriff's Office has the following position available: One Detention Deputy Sheriff position in Kemmerer.
The Lincoln County Sheriffs Office is currently taking applications for this position. Candidates will remain on the hiring register for a period of twelve (12) months. Certified candidates will receive a Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE), physical agility, psychological, and medical examination. An oral board interview and a thorough background investigation will also be done. Application deadline: June 5th 2009 at 1700hrs. Testing: June 17th, Physical Fitness Test and TABE Test. Part-time Secretary/Receptionist The Lincoln County Planning Office in Afton has an opening for a Part-time Secretary/Receptionist. Applications can be picked up at the Planning Office located at 61 East 5th Ave. or downloaded from the link below. An aptitude test will be administered at the time of application. Scale Clerks Lincoln County is currently hiring part-time scale clerks at the Kemmerer and Thayne landfills. Applicants should have a basic knowledge of computers and bookkeeping. There are no benefits associated with this position. Pay is $10.96/hour.
