DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF USE: (including information on Flood Plain & Parcels data) This interactive map was prepared by Lincoln County GIS using the best information available to the county. This map is for informational purposes only and should not be used to determine precise boundaries, roadways, property boundary lines nor legal descriptions. These maps shall not be construed to be an official survey of any data depicted. All maps, tables or datasets created or printed from this interactive map are considered unofficial.  Understand that the Lincoln County GIS data is dynamic. It is frequently updated and refined. If a change has been recently made and it doesn't appear on this map, it may be that the GIS data has yet to be updated. Please be patient as we make those updates. Note: Please be aware that the Lincoln County Assessor's office maintains the PARCELS layer to mirror the Lincoln County Taxation database. There is a brief period within the year where all data entry and/or parcel maintenance is locked to maintain the integrity and accuracy of both databases. This is usually at the beginning of the year. Once they begin processing the current year, they must catch up from the previous months. This creates a lag, at times, in the most current parcel data. The FLOOD PLAIN data is a combination of the 100 year flood plain detailed in the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) dated February 15, 1980 and the revised panels from June 17, 2003 and the current panels for selected municipalities (Kemmerer - 8/15/78, Diamondville - 9/29/78, Afton - 2/19/86, Cokeville - 9/21/98). Lincoln County disclaims any legal responsibility of any decision made based on the Flood Plain data. It is your decision and responsibility of whether or not a piece of property is within the 100 year Flood Plain.

The Lincoln County Parcel data is current as of December 31, 2005 and all other GIS data contained in this map is current as of March 28, 2006.
