Our mission is to Promote, Protect, and Enhance the health of all Lincoln County residents. Public Health Nursing Services are provided regardless of race, sex, creed, religion, national origin or financial status.

The Public Office is staffed by 4 Public Health nurses, 2 Administrative Staff, and 1 Public Health Emergency Response Coordinator.  Patrice Baker, RN., is the Nurse Manager and Dr. Chris Krell is the County Health officer.  Services are provided through a financial partnership between the county and the state, with some services provided through government grants.

Lincoln County Public Health is located in the County offices building at 421 Jefferson Street Suite 401 in Afton, right next door to the School District building. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 to 12 and 1 to 5.

The Kemmerer office is located in the stone building at 520 Topaz Suite 109. Kemmerer office hours are 8 to 12 and 1 to 5, Monday through Friday.
