PROPERTY TAX NOTICES ARE TYPICALLY GENERATED AND MAILED OUT IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER.
Payment Due Dates
Must be in receipt of by DECEMBER 31 OF THE CURRENT YEAR.
FIRST INSTALLMENT must be in receipt of by NOVEMBER 10 OF THE CURRENT YEAR.
SECOND INSTALLMENT must be in receipt of by MAY 10 OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
Payments are accepted in person, by mail, or in our Afton Branch.
If a check is returned by a financial institution as not being honored, all transactions will be reversed without notice to the property owner. A mandatory fee of $30.00 will be assessed for returned checks.

All payments postmarked or received after the due date will include and 18% interest penalty.
